At Ninemia Reseidence in Tolo we value the experience of our guests and aim to provide the best service possible! Our Check-in time is from 15:00 to 00:00 (if you are arriving later, let us know so we can arrange for a member of staff to welcome you and show you around).

Our Check-out time is from 07:00 to 11:00 (late check-out can be arranged under extra charge and is always subject to availability).

The rooms at Ninemia Residence are all non-smoking rooms.

We do not offer extra beds in our rooms.

Pets are allowed only under specific circumstances, please inform us at the time of your booking.

Ninemia Residence welcomes guests of all ages.

Up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival cancellation is free of charge.
Cancellations or changes withing 14 days of the date of arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost.

Ninemia Residence accepts credit card payments, debit card payments, bank transfers or cash.
A deposit will be required for your booking to take place.
